**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate nursing care to our residents, under the direction of a physician or Registered Nurse.
Every day, you will assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care.
To be successful in this role, you will exhibit genuine compassion for patient well-being, an understanding of your critical role in ensuring their comfort, and the patience to explain procedures, answer questions, and maintain accurate documentation.
+ Performs/directs patient care following established clinic workflows including, but not limited to admission interview, accurate documentation and timely patient flow.
+ Accompanies the physician into the exam room or is connected remotely by audio for the patient visit documenting in the electronic medical record (EMR) all aspects of care to include chief complaint (CC), history of presenting illness (HPI), physician exam...
