Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Advanced Energy marketing plan for Brazil, with clear procedure-level and account-level growth plays aligned to the BU turnaround priorities.
• Build and continuously strengthen the value argumentation framework for the platform: clinical differentiation (operative safety, thermal spread, vessel sealing performance), economic rationale (OR time reduction, length of stay, transfusion avoidance) and standardization case for hospital networks.
• Design conversion campaigns targeting priority procedures in minimally invasive surgery—including colorectal, bariatric, gynecology, thoracic and hepatobiliary—with clear account-level activation logic.
