Job Description
The Advanced Analytics Manager will launch and lead an Insurance companies Analytics Development Program, designed to attract, develop, and mentor top analytics talent and build a scalable enterprise pipeline. This role will build the program from the ground up—designing the rotational experience, driving end-to-end execution, and partnering with colleges and internal business units to deliver meaningful business value.

In close partnership with the Strategic Analytics AVP and Chief Data Officer, the Advanced Analytics Manager will also lead enterprise analytics enablement, owning activities such as analytics town halls, hack‑a‑thons, learning modules and micro‑courses, and best‑practice sharing to elevate analytics capability and adoption across the organization.
