- Design, develop, and implement Advanced engineering and process control solutions to optimize production processes, streamline workflows, and boost manufacturing productivity.
- Continuously assess and enhance Advanced engineering and process control capabilities/features to meet evolving production requirements, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal operational disruptions.
- Generate and manage comprehensive reports on production and manufacturing KPIs.
- Take charge of Advanced process control (APC) and fault detection classification (FDC) projects from initiation to conclusion, defining E2E integration scope, managing timelines, and providing regular progress updates.
- Proactively monitor APC/FDC performance, pre-emptively identify potential system issues, and implement preventive measures to minimize unplanned downtime.
