**We are offering a five thousand dollar sign-on bonus!**
Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)!
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for float position between several of our centers located in northern West Virginia (cities include Fairmont, Grafton, and Morgantown.) This role cannot support a new grad.
The base salary range for this position is $116000 - $128000 / year, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.
