Our Review Team plays an important specialist role in ensuring that people already receiving care continue to have the right support in place. This is not your standard community based role. You will primarily work with individuals aged 65 and over who are living in residential and care home settings, taking a proactive approach to reviewing long term care arrangements and ensuring they remain appropriate and sustainable.

As an Adult Social Care Worker within the Review Team, you will manage a varied caseload and build strong, ongoing relationships with the people you support. Reviews can take place over several months and sometimes longer, so continuity and attention to detail are key. You will work closely with families, providers and internal teams including finance and legal, giving you exposure to a broad and rewarding area of adult social care.
