**Description**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Adult Educator to join our team at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City. The Adult Educator will conduct and administer various classroom courses, ensuring high-quality education and training for Air Traffic Control (ATC) students. The Adult Educator may serve as the primary instructor for courses but will be paired with a Certified Professional Controller (CPC) who provides real-life scenarios and subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct and administer classroom courses at the FAA Academy
+ May serve as the primary class instructor, collaborating with a CPC
+ Participate in Instructional System Design (ISD) projects, including the development, revision, and maintenance of ATC training courses
+ Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources
+ Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
