POSITION SUMMARY

The Supervisor oversees the overall management of the day-to-day care of the youth, operation of the facility, supervision of the Direct Care Counselors, and assists with the household budget. The Supervisor fosters team-building and positive program development. The Supervisor IV position provides on-call coverage at all congregate care sites.



Salary: $60,000


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS degree in required. Experience in Wheeler’s congregate care programs can be substituted for education on a year for year basis when permitted by DCF. 2 years of progressively responsible related work experience is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Experience wo...
