• LEAD Role Overview the AJO Lead is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring consistent, compliant, and personalized customer experiences.
• Design and implement event-driven customer journeys across email, push, in-app, and other channels
• Define journey entry conditions, decisioning logic, and personalization rules
• Establish governance standards, naming conventions, and best practices for journeys and campaigns
