RESPONSIBILITIES

Admissions & Enrollment Support

• Assist prospective students through the inquiry, application, and enrollment process.
• Evaluate application documents for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility.
• Ensure timely follow-up with applicants to support progression through each stage of the admissions.
• Maintain accurate and organized student records and data in the institution’s CRM or student information system.

Customer Service & Communication

• Provide excellent customer service through in-person, phone, email, and online communication channels.
• Conduct campus tours and orientations for prospective students and families.
• Respond to inquiries regarding programs, requirements, deadlines, and institutional policies.
