About the role

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions process within NAS Dubai, work closely with other departments to promote the school's values and offerings, and to meet enrolment targets. You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain students, leading the admissions team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective families.

Key Responsibilities

• Use data and insights to ensure that the Admissions plan is developed to drive enrolment and retention performance across the school.
• Manage and oversee all parts of the prospective parent pipeline, ensuring a world‑class admissions experience for all families, in line with the NAE Family Experience.
