Mō te tūranga | About the role

As part of our reception team, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, family, and business contacts. Your creativity and enthusiasm will support you in your day-to-day tasks, including:

• Attending to reception duties including telephone calls, and assisting residents and visitors, in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Receive and logresident maintenance requests, and raise IT tickets into theappropriate system
• Complete the monthly reconciliation of resident charge out for servicesin preparation for invoicing
