Job Description
To assist the Manager of the Geochem Admin Department to effectively oversee the Administrative functions of the division as well as maintaining customer communication
- Printing and e-mailing of test reports
- Invoicing completed work as per agreed rates
- Assist department with general administrative tasks (filing, copying, creating customized reporting templates, reconciliations, updating spreadsheets)
- Assist department with maintaining a current status of outstanding work as well as following up with the lab regarding expected reporting dates
