Job Description
Summary: The Finance and Compliance Administrator is responsible for managing all regulatory permits, insurance documentation, and financial transactions related to accounts payable and receivable. This role ensures Alaska X remains compliant with local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: Permits & Compliance: Maintain and renew all necessary business, land use, and operational permits (e.g., National Park Service, U.S. Government, DOT). Track expiration dates and ensure timely submission of renewal applications. Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. Maintain organized digital and physical records of all permits and licenses. Insurance Management: Coordinate with insurance providers to maintain up-to-date coverage for vehicles, vessels, property, and liability. File and track insurance claims as needed.
