Purely Adoptions is a Singapore-based animal welfare charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming abandoned, abused and neglected animals. Through our network of volunteers, fosterers and supporters, we work tirelessly to give animals a second chance at life.

We are looking for a passionate and organised individual to join us as an Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who loves animals, enjoys administrative work, and wants to contribute meaningfully to the animal welfare community in Singapore.

• Maintain and organise charity records, documents, and files.
• Prepare and update reports, meeting minutes and administrative paperwork.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for organisational activities.
