Job Description
- Coordinate and support the management team by developing and?maintaining?the department?s annual and monthly calendars, updating diaries, scheduling relevant training and compliance activities, and managing meeting requests in alignment with managerial priorities daily.?
- File all documentation by designing and?maintaining?an effective filing structure, applying consistent filing protocols, and ensuring?timely?storage of both softcopy and hardcopy documents each day.?
