We’re Atomic Coffee Roasters - bold, uncompromising, and obsessed with great coffee. From our Kingsland roastery, we craft some of New Zealand’s best specialty blends, fuelling top cafés and coffee lovers across the country. Now, we’re looking for a part‑time Administrator who can support smooth day‑to‑day operations by providing proactive administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team.
The opportunity
We are looking for a passionate individual who brings great energy and connects well with others to join our team as our part‑time Administrator. Working across multiple channels in a specialty coffee business, you’ll have exposure to our production, tech, training and sales teams. You’ll be our go‑to for all things accounts, admin, and customer services - answering incoming customer queries and taking orders, processing invoices, supporting AR and AP activities, coordinating stock takes and more.
