The Administrator, Home Care provides strategic and operational leadership for Cleveland Clinic Home Care, supporting approximately 2,000 patients across 19 counties with a workforce of more than 300 caregivers. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the home care service line, including operations, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, financial performance, workforce engagement and retention, growth initiatives, and strategic planning.
