Job Description

Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking Administrator: Forensic Investigations to join their team in Pretoria East. Should you meet the above requirements, please email your CV to – Copy of ID, qualifications and latest payslip.

Responsibilities

Attend to general administration

  • Receive affidavits from client services department
  • Register affidavits on investigation register
  • Notify responsible Sales Manager on any fraudulent activities in their area
  • Obtain policy application forms from system for a particular investigation case
  • Update in-house system throughout the process of investigationPrepare refund request form (event of refund recommendation)
  • Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details)
  • Create and maintain files and record keeping system
  • Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF)
