We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and operate a community management platform for a large residential resort community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the system
• Maintain accurate database of units, villas, hotel, commercial, owners and tenants
• Generate service charge invoices and track collections
• Manage service requests and work orders
• Monitor system workflows and ensure proper process flow
• Issue notices and communicate with owners through the system
• Generate financial and operational reports
• Attend training and train internal team
