Job Description

Preparation, review and negotiation of terms and conditions of business agreements with customers and partners (Contracts, NDA, MOU, etc.).

Support the projects and proposal managers to resolve contractual issues during project execution and proposal preparation. 

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for candidates:

  • With 2 - 5 years background and experience in Commercial Law practices, specially on international commerce. Preferably with a Degree/Master in Law.
  • Experience within business administration and accounting practices.
  • Excellent command of English written and spoken, specifically in the applicable professional fields of the vacancy.
  • Empathy and good negotiation skills. 
  • We will also value a good command of one or more additional EU languages (Spanish, German, French,..) specially in the applicable professional fields of the vacancy.
  • Knowledge of the Space sector or similar industrial backg...
