Your new role
As an Administration & Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service. Acting as a first point of contact, you will handle enquiries with professionalism and empathy, often supporting individuals in sensitive or emotional will provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team, including managing communications, maintaining accurate records on case management systems, and supporting service delivery through coordination of appointments, referrals, and role also involves:
