Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Unit Manager of the Pediatric Cardiology Clinic at the Stollery Children’s Hospital, this position provides a wide range of clerical support for the Pediatric Cardiology Clinic and Program. Responsible for the review and preparation of outpatient records and requisitions for lab tests for clinic visits. Creation of clinic templates, preparing clinic schedules and booking urgent cases. Provides registration and booking services, including telephone triage for the Pediatric Cardiology Clinic and clerical support to the department including physicians, nurses and other staff.
