You support our whole Crewing team and you will execute different tasks such as: contacting internal & external people; you support our planning team;

You request official certificates according to a clearly defined procedure;

You monitor and verify crew certificates;

You contact crew members (usually in writing, occasionally verbally) regarding the submission of specific documents.

You have an eye for details, you work very precisely, accurate & proactive;

You have a good verbal knowledge of Dutch & English;

You like to contact people & communicate with people (in English);

You like to work in a Team;

You have strong administrative skills, having some experience is a plus.
