Summary About the Position: This position is located at Ramstein Elementary School is part of the Ramstein Schools Community in the Department of War Education Activity Europe Central District. Ramstein ES serves students in Prekindergarten to grade 2. Federal employees in Ramstein, Germany may be entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This rate is subject to change. Responsibilities Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy. Utilize automated systems to enter and retrieve data for records. Coordinate payroll and personnel leave and/or attendance. Serve as property custodian for records and inventory. Utilize automated systems to verify supplies inventory. Maintain office calendar and schedules appointments for staff. Maintain time and attendance and leave records for staff. Process timecards and personnel actions for all assigned staff.
