Translation & Interpretation
Translate documents (emails, reports, marketing), provide real-time interpretation for meetings/calls, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
Administrative Support
Manage daily office tasks like filing, data entry, managing correspondence (phone, email), preparing documents, and maintaining records.
Office Operations
Schedule meetings, coordinate activities, assist with requests, and handle liaison duties with external parties (banks, agencies).
Communication
Act as a bridge between English/Mandarin speakers, managing internal and external communication.
Confidentiality
Maintain discretion with sensitive company and employee information.
