Job Description
A key responsibility of the Administrative Officer is to manage and processSpecial Work Permits (SWP), 9G Working Visas, Alien Employment Permits (AEP), and other required government permits for foreign nationals working in the Philippines , ensuring full compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
Education
- Bachelorβs Degree inBusiness Administration, Public Administration, Management, or any related field .
Experience
- At least2β3 years of experience in administrative operations .
- Experience inprocessing SWP, 9G Visa, AEP, and other government permits for foreign employees is mandatory .
- Experience dealing with government agencies is an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge ofPhilippine immigration procedures and labor regulations for foreign workers .
