Job Description
Manage office supplies and equipment, including inventory tracking and replenishment Oversee pantry supplies and ensure pantries across offices are well-stocked Coordinate seasonal and reserved parking arrangements for staff, including handling queries, liaising with vendors, and generating reports Provide secretariat support such as meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups Offer logistical support for meetings, events, and general office operations Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required Job Requirements:
