About the job Administrative Officer (Shipping industry)
- Help with secretarial and administrative tasks as designated by the national director.
- Promptly following up on claims, gathering and analyzing data, compiling and filing pertinent paperwork, coordinating the director's interactions with internal and external stakeholders, and creating reports and presentation materials for business presentations are all included in this.
- As an exceptional receptionist, you will greet clients and guests at our office, monitor visitor access and security, handle mail/postal and delivery matters, and answer phones to resolve inquiries or quickly refer them to the appropriate department for action.
- In charge of making sure the office is neat and tidy, buying supplies for the office and pantry, replacing or maintaining printers and copiers on time, managing the office's facilities, and handling telco issues
