Job Description
- Post job advertisement in various job portals
- Shortlisting of resumes and arranging of interviews
- To conduct employment reference check
- Liaise with recruitment agencies on foreign worker manpower needs
- Monitor and process FW work pass renewal, medical and contract
- Proficient in minutes of meeting
- Assist with managing of vehicle insurance and road tax matters
- To assist with colleagues on matters / issues
- To assist with organising company events / retreats
- Covering of Front Desk Officer duties during her absence
- Perform any other duties assigned by Director as and when required
- Resourceful in developing and optimizing networks and establishing stretch goals.
