Skills Required:

• Providing support to management as needed
• Reception and Telephony – welcoming clients and general visitors
• Responsible for the receipt and distribution of documents and general deliveries
• Opening several service requests in the condominium GoWork
• Partial relationship with the Building Leader
• Managing vacation schedules and ensuring pay slip receipt
• Managing PCMSO – annual periodic medical exams
• Managing time-off bank – every 4 months – insure the proper use and /or payment
• Personnel Dept. - liaising with WSS and ensuring employee documentation, ID badges, training compliance, ...
