Job Description

Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for a fast-paced team in Seattle, Washington. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing records, shared communications, and administrative workflows. The role will help keep documentation current, support reporting needs, and ensure requests are routed and completed efficiently.
