Job Description

Description We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support senior leaders and investor-facing activities in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a Contract position that will focus on executive administration, meeting coordination, and document preparation within a capital markets setting. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high-quality experience for internal and external stakeholders.
