Administrative Coordinator - Business Office
**POSITION DETAILS**
Reporting directly to the Administrative Executive Assistant, the Administrative Coordinator assists with the daily tasks and administrative responsibilities that enable the effective running of the Business Office. Along with the CUNY Title Overview, responsibilities for the role includes but are not limited to:
• Manage the access process for business systems for staff which includes but not limited to: form completion, form reviews, ticket creation, and follow-up
• Assist with the process and procedure for departmental non-tax levy appointments
• Enter and maintain records of submitted employee timesheets, alerting supervisors of any discrepancies
• Process and submit all business office expense, and purchasing requests in a timely fashion
• Coordinates tax levy credit card application process and administration (P-cards, T-cards, NET Cards)
