The Administrative Coordinator utilizes collaboration and project management skills to assist with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to assist Case Management, Social Work and Utilization Review staff with coordination of care in the Primary Care setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Collaborates with multiple departments and provides high-level project support and analytical services focusing on quality initiatives and patient care management
+ Requires strong multi-tasking capabilities
