Job Description

  • Provide excellent custormer service while mending front desk reception duties covering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate associates/ward

  • Provide directions and assistance to all internal and external customers by handling their requests and inquiries

  • Manning of triage:

  • Maintain safety & security of the front office

  • Exchange access cards for visitors (Next-of-kins, vendors, etc)

  • Create Access Card for New Hire

  • Track the access card quantity accurately

  • Register new visitors, staff on Visitor Management System (VMS)

  • Create new facial recognition in Sense studio and to remove resignee on a timely manner

  • Manage Business Units Uniform Staff Uniform Management.

  • Co-ordinate and handle mail distribution, the flow of faxes, and courier services
