Job Description
**Position Overview**:
Detail-oriented and organized dual role of Administrative Assistant and MRO Buyer.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments while also managing the procurement process for maintenance, repair, and operations supplies.
**Administrative Assistant Duties**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Support CN and TWN Expatriates; travel, housing (expense control), local orientation
- Attention to other reception activities
**MRO Buyer Duties**:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices for MRO supplies.
