Administrative Assistant Wanted
Pay: $24.00β$28.00/hr
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Flexible β 3 to 5 days per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: 100% Onsite - Huntington Beach, CA.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role focuses on digital file organization, document scanning, Excel tracking, email communication, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Process and scan incoming checks and documents
Enter and track information in Excel
Save and organize emailed documents
Communicate with clients and vendors by email
Assist with basic website and social media updates
Provide general office and administrative support
Qualifications
2β5 years of administrative experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
