- Administration duties such as filing, data-entry, work flow processing following company SOPs.
- Prepare and check shipping documents (Letter of Credit, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, COO, etc.) and ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents.
- Coordinate with relevant parties including customers to ensure smooth operation of shipments.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems (both physical and digital).
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned.
- Knowledge of coordination of import/export documents is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- No relevant working experience are also welcome.
- Meticulous and careful with information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to commence work with short notice.
