POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
REPORTS TO: Administrative Manager or Health Services Manager
LOCATION: London, Ontario
STATUS: Permanent Part Time
HOURS OF WORK: Tuesday 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Thursday 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
EFECTIVE DATE: September 2025
SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Health Services Manager and/or Administrative Manager in Goderich, ON, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting clients and staff, photocopying documents, and answering client’s questions and inquires.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and excited to be part of launching a brand-new clinic location. Ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, have strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, and have a solution-oriented mindset. ...
