Job Description
Freedom Financial Partners is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support Financial Advisors with client
service, marketing and administrative support in a growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who
enjoys meaningful client work, variety in their day, and learning new skills with a supportive team.

What you’ll do (with support + training)
β€’ Support client service and planning work by preparing materials and helping with follow-ups.
β€’ Communicate with clients by phone and email in a professional, friendly manner (comfort on the
phone is important; we’ll help you ramp up)
β€’ Help keep client documentation accurate, organized, and consistent within established
compliance-sensitive processes.
β€’ Assist with marketing efforts (content development, social media, and coordination for
events/webinars).
β€’ Take ownership of administrative tasks and special projects to keep the office running smoothly.
