Job Description

Description

+ We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide support daily operations. This role collaborates closely with Managers to ensure the accurate documentation and processing of invoices and efficient handling of administrative tasks.

+ Support manager by processing and managing incoming vendor invoices

+ Review and verify invoice documentation by comparing submitted invoices against supporting paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness

+ Accurately enter and submit invoices for approval and payment processing

+ Maintain organized records and documentation related to invoices and transactions

+ Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, answering phones, and managing correspondence

+ Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or questions related to invoices
