Job Description
Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a legal organization in Miami, Florida. This is a Contract position suited for someone with at least 2 years of experience handling administrative tasks, data entry, and front-facing communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, courteous on the phone, and comfortable managing records and financial support activities in a structured office environment.
