Your Tasks

• Handling or assisting with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks
• Maintaining digital systems (e.g., assigning tasks to technicians)
• Internal departmental communication with specialist teams and external partners (e.g., Security)
• Assisting with budget preparation, soliciting quotes, processing orders, and taking minutes during meetings
• Coordinating and managing company parking spaces

Your Profile

• Completed business training (HAK/HAS, HBLA, or apprenticeship)
• Previous work experience is a plus (we welcome those returning to the workforce)
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail, as well as a friendly and approachable demeanor
