Job Description
Our Client, an EV Manufacturing company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Irvine, CA/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintain electronic system of our various licenses
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems with internal business partners and/or external licensing agencies
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails
- Complete and submit adminstrative forms associated with license applications, such as check requests and other vendor related forms.
- Complete simple new licensing and renewal applications
