**Job Description**
The Administrative Assistant II an experienced administrative support person who provides a wide variety of administrative and operational support to the Chief of General Internal Medicine and divisional leadership team. Working in close partnership with the Administrative Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for facilitating day-to-day operations, coordinating logistics, managing administrative processes, and supporting departmental initiatives to ensure the efficient functioning of the Division. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment.
**Qualifications**
+ Associates degree or equivalent combination of experience (Bachelors preferred).
