To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to:
β’ Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision and direction.
β’ Manage outlook functions including Mail and Calendar
β’ Schedule appointments and meetings
β’ Determine administrative needs for conferences, meetings or other related high-level activity.
β’ Coordinate supply orders, badge and security requests
β’ Work with parking team to validate parking tickets daily.
β’ Take independent action on handling requests; determine the appropriate course of action, intervene where necessary, and act as a liaison among departments.
β’ Work closely with team members to gather and present information as needed.
β’ Utilize Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
