Job Description

Description

This role serves as the first point of contact for incoming communications while also providing critical administrative support to ensure efficient workflow across the team. Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or manager Serve as a professional first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Assist with scanning, organizing, and maintaining accurate records of timesheets Prepare and forward timesheet documentation to the appropriate branch for processing Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure accessibility and accuracy Support general administrative tasks as needed to keep office operations running smoothly
