Job Description
Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This fully onsite opportunity is a Long-term Contract position offering steady weekday hours and the chance to contribute to a busy, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, strong front-desk communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
β’ Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, creating a helpful and detail-focused experience.
β’ Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and take clear, accurate messages when needed.
β’ Perform data entry and maintain office records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
β’ Provide day-to-day administrative support such as organizing documents, preparing basic correspondence, and assisting with office coordination.
