Job Description

**Description**

SAIC is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** for our Hanahan, SC location.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide administrative support to management and team members
+ Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
+ Create and schedule transportation shipment request
+ Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
+ Assist with data entry and record keeping while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
+ Handle routine correspondence and follow up on outstanding tasks
+ Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Required Education and Experience:**

+ High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)
+ Five (5)+ years of administrative assistant, office assistant, or related experience preferred
+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,...
